In addition to the alcohol education class she has to attend as part of her probation and the question of whether or not she is meeting the terms of that probation, Lindsay Lohan also has a lawsuit pending against her. The plaintiffs are alleging that Lohan hijacked their car and sped down a road in California in 2007, according to TMZ. Seriously.
The men suing Lindsay came up with an offer that could possibly benefit both them and the party girl. The plaintiffs wanted $7.5 million and offered to lower the amount by 30%. Plus, they would return some of the settlement if Lohan agreed to stay clean for 2 years. Eh, kind of judgmental but I get where they're coming from.
After that offer was dismissed by Lohan's lawyers, the plaintiffs wanted Lohan to put $3 million in a trust fund and if she stayed sober for 42 months, most would be given to charity. What altruism. Of course the plaintiffs would pocket some cash for their "suffering". Charity, Schmarity.
Was staying sober the deal breaker? Lindsay just wouldn't be Lindsay without seemingly daily trips to the Chateau Marmont.
