Lindsay Lohan flashed the peace sign yesterday outside the Connaught Hotel in London. The socialite has been busy pursuing philanthropic ventures across the pond. She hosted an event to raise money for relief efforts in Haiti. Linds sports a borderline grunge look as she leaves her hotel. She has been looking a bit bewildered lately as she hops around London town.
