Brand new Toy Story 3 trailer
Lindsay Lohan Post
TMZ has learned ... the people suing Lindsay Lohan over a wild ride down Pacific Coast Highway now want a judge to throw the book at her for being a no-show at her deposition.
Lawyers for three passengers in Lindsay's car -- along with the passenger in the car Lindsay was chasing -- are going to court Thursday morning, asking a judge not only to force Lindsay to sit for her depo ... but they also want a default judgment against Lindsay for failing to appear.
As TMZ first reported, Lindsay bailed on her depo last week and then again Tuesday -- she had things to do and people to see, and she couldn't get a ride.
We'll be in court, so stay tuned.

Cyndi Lauper Wraps Up New Album + Ellen Appearance
Cyndi Lauper has completed work on her eleventh studio album, Memphis Blues, to be released on June 21 through Downtown Records. As the title suggests, it’s a blues album that was recorded in Memphis. We can also tell you that it was recorded in February and March of this year with producer Scott Bomar at his Electraphonic studios. Long-time collaborator William Wittman was also involved, as were respected blues musicians Allen Toussaint and Charlie Musselwhite. Legendary vocalist Ann Peebles also cameos.
Cyndi is currently starring in a celebrity version of hit TV show ‘The Apprentice’, alongside Sharon Osbourne and other US personalities. If she wins, she’ll donate her prize money to the True Colors Fund of Stonewall Community Foundation, a charity she co-founded to increase awareness of the hardships suffered by the LGBT community. Their latest campaign, Give A Damn, launched on April 1.
Here’s an interview that aired last week on ‘Ellen’ in which she discusses all of the above, and, of course, Lady Gaga.

The Doctor 'showers Daisy Lowe with kisses'
As a newcomer to the celebrity world, Doctor Who star Matt Smith is still adjusting to fame.
Which explains his complete disregard for the cameras as he embraced girlfriend Daisy Lowe yesterday.
Smith showered the underwear model with kisses, hugging and cuddling her in front of their Palm Springs hotel.
Smith and 21-year-old Daisy were said to have continued their embrace as they sunned themselves by the hotel swimming pool.
A fellow holidaymaker told The Sun: 'Matt and Daisy were all over each other. They couldn't stop kissing and cuddling.
It made some people a bit uncomfortable. Eventually they went to their suite, where they ordered room service.'
The couple, who have secretly been dating for three months, went public with their romance at this weekend's Coachella Festival in California.

Crystal Bowersox 'Betrayed' by Ryan Seacrest!
American Idol" front-runner Crystal Bowersox is not denying she had "a moment" of weakness and talked to Ryan Seacrest about quitting the show -- but she never expected Seacrest would tell the world about it.
The dread-locked singer reacted yesterday for the first time to reports that she was planning to leave "Idol" because she missed her young son -- news that rocked the "Idol"-sphere.
But in a text message to a friend, Crystal yesterday said she'd been "betrayed by Seacrest" and had never been seriously ready to quit.
"No apologies for being human," the 24-year-old singer tweeted on her official "Idol" Twitter page yesterday. "Life is always testing one's strength and weakness threshold. That's how we learn how strong we really are."
But it was through Katelyn Epperly -- a close friend of Bowersox from the Top 24 "Idol" tryouts -- in an interview with a Des Moines radio station that the "Idol" favorite got her story out.
"Idol" contestants are not allowed to talk to the media until after they've been voted off the show.
Epperly texted Crystal over the weekend, she told the radio station yesterday, to ask if the stories about her leaving were true.
"Crystal texted back : 'I'm fine . . . betrayed by Seacrest!' " Epperly said.
"She had a moment backstage and they made it into something it wasn't," said the friend. "She's still in the game."
By yesterday, sentiment was beginning to turn against Seacrest, who has portrayed himself as the knight on a white horse in what fans are now calling "Crystalgate."
"Our very own Ryan Seacrest, was on hand to save the day," read the eonline.com account of Crystal's meltdown last Friday.
"Ryan confirms reports that he tracked down an emotionally drained and homesick Crystal in the parking lot after a show some two weeks ago and talked her down: 'The greatest thing I ever did was make enough money so I could buy my mom a house,' he told her. 'You can buy your mom a house,' " the report said.
Now, the wildly successful show was being nailed for revealing an intimacy.
"Welcome to the show business, Crystal," wrote one fan on the comments page of mjsbigblog.com, a leading "Idol" blog. "It's a bit naive to think Seacrest cares about the contestants in the first place. He cares about his own a- - first and foremost."
"This whole Crystal thing was all about Ryan trying to make himself the big hero," wrote another fan. "His ego is out of control."
